Dan, is it too much to ask why this team has been so inept at offense, and why our HC has become a laughing stock to the nation for his coaching blunders and goofy antics?
If we sit tight, it'll all play out, right?

Clever.

If I was Joe I'd run across the field after the game and ask Nick how much he should fill in the check for and when can he start.

Yes, I'm good with it. I'm good with playing all the better teams on our schedule close. I really don't mind losing, as long as we stay close. We all need to realize winning is only expected every 5-6 years, and the rest of the time I am great with loosing.

If LSU comes out and plays hard, executes plays w/o mass confusion on field and sidelines and not be completely outcoached yes.

no way
I am always optimistic that it could happen but seriously doubt it will.
It's sad that we haven't seen that in a few years if I did see it I would be ecstatic

Certainly not.
But there's that, and what most people do here.

As a State graduate-maybe if the Bulldogs at Bama does this..as a TIGER FAN all of my life, I'm never happy about losing. We should beat Bama in our own stadium with the talent we have-not saying its better than Bama's-but at home we should win.

Would everyone be happy with a sloppy close lucky victory?

i think against a team like bama, you'd be happy with a victory any way you could get it....against tennessee, not so much.

At what level of ranked teams do you draw the line.

What are my alternative choices?
Would I rather beat Alabama then lose? Well of course I would. However, if winning is not an option, then I would I rather get blown out. Why?
If LSU gets blown out of the water then it shows us who we really are. Can the team come together and win the rest of the games, or do they fall like the have the last two seasons? I want to know what kind of character Miles is building in the players.
If he cannot get them to play good football after a big loss then he shouldn't be the coach.

It depends on how we play. If we play well and just get beat, I have no issue.
