It's true, Lee hits receivers. They don't have to dive to the left or forward and stop their routes. Even on interceptions, the ball is going right to a receiver but a DB jumps the route. Our receiving-corp is elite, I just want someone to stand back there and deliver the ball to the playmakers. JJ is incapable.

Against Auburns weak secondary we should have thrown for 400yards. Instead we ran our same-ole pitiful offense and got behind early.

But I think an offense that had a simpler route tree and capitalized on his mobility might allow him to be a very capable full-time guy. But we'll probably never see that here.

If you are trying to shape an entire offensive scheme around your quarterback just so he might be ok instead of bad news, aren't you trying too hard?

If anyone seriously thinks JJ is better than Lee righ now, they need to see if they can fabricate some recent perfomace related stats to back up their claim.

this should be fun...

anyone that believes JJ should even be in the game at any point at any position is retarded....Jlee should start and R shep should be the zone read QB...it is unquestionable...

at least with shep you have a true running QB and a passing threat even though its never been shown....garuntee teams would show more respect of the throw with Shep then JJ....they already know JJ cant throw...they dont know that about shep...

hell i would take ware back there, but I still think Shep runs the zone read better then ware..

The crazy thing about this is, think back to 2008, these roles were completely reversed. I wrote an article on it. I mean its crazy how things change over a mere 2 years.

couldnt agree more. Its like when JJ came in he was pretty good and making plays happen. Now hes pretty good at screwing them up.

Id have to say thats 100% coaching just flat ruining him.

Lee on the other hand, has really progressed as a passer it seems. I think right now his biggest weakness is just a lack of game experience. To me its kinda like the young kids who hit their growth spurt... they are usually pretty clumsy until they get used to it. same thing with Lee. Hes so much better, but just doesnt have the game experience to put it all together yet.
