Dexter: Season 5 Episode 4 ‘Beauty And The Beast’

Solid episode...I guess it picks up next week with Quinn hiring that private investigator and Dexter having his hands full with the girl. I'm not sure I really like that storyline.

Yeah well, I have no idea where all of this headed but I'm fairly certain this Lumen chick isn't telling Dexter anything truthful. My guess is she was involved, or possibly even in charge of some kind of messed up thing with those other girls (the ones in the barrels) and Boyd was trying to pay them back (i.e. kill them for whatever they did, were doing). Perhaps I'm completely off base, but none of it is making much sense...Boyd got knocked off way too fast. I mean after all...he was a safety guy, lol.
Btw...I really enjoyed the scenes in the ambulance and hospital after Dexter/Boyd both woke up.
No idea on what to think about the Quinn/Kyle Butler storyline...they're definitely setting up for Quinn to just flat out be a dirty cop.
Batista/LaGuerda....boring. So, what, she's the best BJ hooker in all of miami, and the IA guy is going to blackmail her for service?
And lastly, Deb/Machete, I think someone else nailed when they said the latina cop knows something. But who knows....so far, none of the storylines this season are as compelling as Lithgow. Trinity may have ruined this show.

My projections on the rest of the season...
-Dexter ends up helping the girl kill all involved in the underground torture/rape chain.
-He ends up having to make a decision after a person he kills does not fit his code.
-Quinn continues to dig deeper and deeper even using an unknowing Deb to for information on Dex
-Leguerta does indeed give the best blow jobs in Miami and it is discovered she sucked her way to the top. Batista is not pleased.
And my huge left field prediction that has .01% of happening...
-Deb kills Quinn as he tells her he is going to turn Dexter in to protect her brother and nephew.

the woman dex helped wants to kill the men who raped her and holds killing the serial murderer over his head.......she becomes his partner in crime, they have sex and then at end of the season dex kills her because she is dirty from killing others.....

In the end he'll have to kill her or he'll get caught for sure. And they are def going to get it on eventually.
