A good friend of mine just graduated from there and will be wearing P&G. He also never went to one game while in school.

Jelly, played there, graduated there, kids go there, but will wear purple/gold and my old greasy mcneese hat. Im not happy with what Viator has done to the team, far cry from what Keasler/Brucchaus put together.

The low self-esteemed yahoos who cheer against their own school don't represent McNeese. They are a very small minority. Why didn't they just go to LSU is my question? With that said, a lot of McNeese fans like both LSU and McNeese, but will be cheering for the cowboys. Many have connections with both schools and many have just been fans of both schools their entire lives. The cowboys don't compete on that level and they don't want to be an FBS team. We're just fine here in the FCS.

currently a McNeese student. I do not own a single McNeese shirt andwill be wearing purple and gold saturday, as I do most days when I attend class.

Being from the area, the only time i would go to a McNeese game is when LSU had a road game or LSU had a bye

i went to MTSU in murfreesboro tennessee...8 1/2 hr drive nearly every wkend back to BR to watch my tigaz play...
did not go to one MTSU game

Question about McNeese overall. What academic programs are they known for? If you could go to McNeese or LSU out of high school, what would prompt someone to choose the former over the latter. I'm assuming McNeese is more prone to give money, but I honestly don't know.
I am from Louisiana and never even thought twice about McNeese as an option. Just don't know anything about it. I don't mean this as a criticism at all either, just curious about who attends McNeese and why.
