I am going to hop on this thread, and hopefully gain some accountability! I am trying to lose weight for a wedding in late spring.

I am trying to keep calories intake under 2000, I have the chance to spend about an hour in the gym everyday.

Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1150

Nothing but complaints for the scale today. I had a nice drop yesterday and half that loss came back. I had a feeling I was a bit dehydrated but I don't like a .6 bounce up, especially not on contest weigh-in day.
