Today marked the end of my 4 weeks cut. I have to admit, it was a success for only 4 quick weeks. Only 2.5 of which were me actually eating and lifting properly. I'll be breaking from macro counting for a little over 2 weeks then probably back on the horse for a 6-8 week program.
