Not a bad gain considering yesterday's craziness. I ate and drank way more than I wanted to. But I pushed hard this morning at the gym.
Felt great though, last night I saw some people I hadn't seen in a while and got tons of compliments on how I looked.
I have eleven days until my goal deadline. I want as little body fat as possible. Ordering calipers today and getting a reading soon.

Down 2.2 pounds since cheat day so I actually weigh less than I did on the start of my cheat day. I asked my brother how much he'd gain usually on a cheat day he said anywhere between 3-5 pounds. I only put in 2 so that made me happy. At this pace I'm losing about 6 pounds from week to week. With school starting up on Wednesday I gotta keep it rolling.

Cheat day gains are mostly fluid, unless you ate 7000+ calories.

Also for those of you curious. I've been doing 18/6 IF pretty regularly for the past 3 weeks I believe. I love it. For sure helped me lean out more. I try to follow it on the weekends as well as best I can. Muscle size and strength are up. Body fat is down. I look and feel great!
If you are in a pretty regular diet/workout routine and looking to change things up I would definitely recommend trying this.

OK. So what are your opinions on Diet Cokes. Drink a couple per day. Been reading where some believe this slows weight loss due to the Aspartame in them. Thinking about going just H2O.

Unless you're a teenager or a fatass secretary in her 50s, it's time to get over drinking sodas. I drink at least a gallon of water a day, something that in my college days was an anomaly. I feel a thousand times better throughout the day because of it.

Way more wrong with diet coke than just aspartame. Just stop drinking coke. All water and you'll be much happier.

Starting the downward trend time to bust arse until the 31st . No alcohol or cheat days left
Get to gym and I weigh in at 218.8, I do 50 minutes on elliptical and hop on scale again and it says 217.8 and then I do a 3.5 mile jog (5.0 mph) and it says 215.6
