I haven't eaten since 5pm yesterday.. contemplating whether or not to go ahead and just CADfast or eat something.. hmm..

Yesterday's Calorie Count - 1000
Atkins worked its magic yesterday. Only 1000 calories but I wasn't hungry. Delirious from whatever virus is attacking my immune system, but not hungry.
I'm starting to look like Rudolph. I think I've blown my nose 231,411 times in the last 4 days.
About to crack back under 190 for the first time since freaking September. That should motivate me to be good today.

I'm gonna try my best to stick to that this weekend. I made a great pot of chili last night so maybe if I get to jonesing for a snack I can just eat some of that.

Well frick I ate my first unhealthy meal in 12 days
I had a fried shrimp poboy for lunch. Although I only had a 6". I went and gave the other 6" to my granny for lunch at work
Need to hit the gym harder next week

Don't kill yourself over it. If you eat right at least 80% of the time, a cheat here or there won't do much.
