West Virginia runs a 3-3-5 defense which spreads the field and looks to create turnovers.

However, the average weight of their defensive lineman is 267.4 lbs. And not one WVU defense lineman weighs over 300 lbs.

LSU's average weight on its offensive line two-deep is 304.7 lbs. Our lightest lineman, T-Bob, is bigger than all but one DL from West Virginia.

IMO, we should pound the rock early and often against them on Saturday.

LSU has a light Dline which has done well stopping the run, just sayin.

I'm looking for about 200 yards on the ground and 100 yards passing this Saturday.

Yet they are STILL prone to giving up the big play? Wow.

If we had a decent screen/draw game we would be able to get huge plays against this defense

And our DL is still about ten pounds heavier on average than WVU.

We're more than that if you don't count Mingo's skinny arse.

If you take out negative yardage due to QB sacks like they do in NFL then it becomes
75 yards rushing for UNC
100 yards rushing for Vanderbilt
156 yards rushing for Mississippi State

I wish, however I if it didn't happen in a blowout win vs State don't see why it would happen against WVU.

I'm not so sure. Blue has fumbled three times now. That may open the door for Ford to get more carries.

We have not seen the repercussions to Blue after his last fumble.

Sadly, this would be about a 15% improvement over last weekend.

Slap on wrist? Plus isn't Murphy supposed to be cleared, if that is the case wouldn't he become the #2 again?

If our defense improves 15%, then it's all good

Sure hate to break up your party but............

Starting DT Scooter Berry about 300
Starting NG Chris Neild about 300

AND... both are first day draft picks.

Just saying.....
