Can we beat state with poor QB play, decent run game, good defense

Yea our defense is well above average. I think our offense can stumble upon enough points to win.

yes. the teams are similar though. they look good defensivley but are both offensively challenged.
lsu has the advantage in special teams, big play ability, & overall talent. it could prove to be a quick low scoring affair with both teams keeping the ball on the ground.

if auburn can do it we definitely can,,,,,i would not say they are world beaters with that qb they have.

I think so. I believe our D is considerably better than AU, and the O is getting better. Q-back is still a little shaky, though.

We will need to be much more productive offensively to beat State. I'm not sure that'll happen. JJ is not getting better and MSU is well coached, unlike LSU. They will also be motivated after last years game. So to answer your question, no we cannot beat MSU if we play like we did last night.
