A bunch of pick sixes 2 years ago? You realize he was a freshman, right?
You also realize Crowton put him in a horrible position and refused to adjust his playcalling, right?
Dennis Dixon had 12 TDs and 14 INTs in 2006, he was a Heisman candidate in 2007 with 20 TDs and 4 INTs.
Kids can turn it around with experience and if coaches run the offense to the players talents.

I was flipping back and forth. Ever hear of commercial break jackass?
At least we can identify who the alters are around here. All of these so called LSU fans that watched the Bama game last night need to admit to themselves that they have a man crush on Sabear and make the bandwagon switch official.

At least JJ has looked good at times.

ok ok--no we dont know if lee will perform better thru a whole game. Or throw a pick 6. It is just one pass, but it is the mechanics i noticed and body language especially. Even when Lee hands off, its better. Its not blatantly obvious what direction the rb is going and its crisp, clean- not sloppy-his pass was perfect.
His fake before the pass was timed right and very crisp. Simple shiat jj cant do and important- i bet jj couldnt have faked the hand off as well and i know he cant pass it as well. Im sure Lee has grown a lot. I do wanna see him play and start, but i hope the coaches make the right decision....Whichever that is. All i know is i saw 3 good things lee did in just 2 plays that jj couldnt do the entire game

This is not baseball. One loss ruins the main objective of the season. We have to identify and correct the causes of that one loss before it happens, not after.

I think you expect a little too much of a 20 year old with a little over a season of starts. He's a junior, but with only one season as a starter. So is JJ, by the way.
What has JJ done that has led you to put so much confidence in him? I think he is a good QB as well, probably as good as JJ. Like I said, we aren't going to beat teams on QB play, regardless of which one starts.
This is all IMHO, of course. I see you have the opinion that everyone but you is crazy...including the people who make the decisions. A bit arrogant if you ask me.

they aren't going to get rid of him
he just looks like he needs some bench time

Our offensive performance has been substandard thus far in the season against a depleted UNC team and Vandy, VANDY!!!! Do you honestly think we can go into the heart of our schedule and continue with the status quo?
Posted on 9/12/10 at 12:29 pm to TyOconner
Are you actually watching the game?
Posted on 9/12/10 at 12:29 pm to TyOconner
The light has still not come on for J.J. Lee should get a lot of work with the first team this week.
Posted on 9/12/10 at 12:30 pm to TheDoc
I just meant as starter. Im scared for ole JJ.

JJ has won LSU exactly 1 game in his entire LSU career bub. That was the Georgia Tech game.
16-25 142 yards, 1 TD. Our running game and defense won that game. I still wonder why people thought JJ was the answer after that game. He was average, and only because our OLine dominated that game.
The two things he has proven is that he knows how to pout, and that he has not improved.
It's time to atleast see if Lee has improved. If not, play them both and pray.

No, if Lee gets some time and shows he hasnt improved then he needs to stay off the field. JJ hasnt neccesarily won the games single handedly but Lee def has lost some without any help but the opposing teams corners.
