Do you think he rides it out the whole season or calls it quits halfway through?

He looked like he couldn't give a shite less tonight.

The announcers: "It looks like there is no connection between Favre and his receivers."

You think? The fricker just got there 2 weeks ago.

He really misses Sidney Rice. Percy really can not play on the outside.

I personally think half of his reason for coming back was this game alone. It is like the man was dragged from his house in Miss. and is being held captive against his will.

Once Rice was out, you had to think he regretted his decision.

I was going to comment on it too. I don't think he makes it all the way through the season. He looked late season worn out in this game.

No doubt in my mind Favre will finish the season

He doesnt strike me as a quitter

Now if he would have been tossed around tonight like he did last year against the Saints maybe then

Mark Schlereth was dead on why Favre had a shitty game

+1

If they start out rough with the next 6 games (1-5 or 2-4..which is very possible with their tough schedule), then I can definitely see him bouncing.

His ankle is shite. He can't get any velocity on his throws, and to even remotely get a decent amount he has to launch it. I saw him rearing back and cannoning it out for only 10-15 yards. His accuracy was garbage too.

Not true, IMO. I think that is the least of his worries.

When you gotta use your entire body Jake Delhomme style to get velocity on a 10 yard in, its not going to be a good season.
