did you not see the youth out there on defense? did you not see the youth on offense?....personally for lsu to jump out 30-10 was awesome.......you cant blame the coaches when the rb's are fumbling heading in for what could be a potential score or get a holding penalty calling a score back........lsu could have easily score 50 on sat but didnt....
you pricks are forgetting that unc is a very good team with much more senior leadership than lsu could shake a stick at.....so what the unc had starters missing.......guess what those guys for unc prepared those backup for weeks knowing this....the unc offense had almost all of their starters and they battled against a very, very young defense.....
next year lsu can be pretty special.......i have faith in that.......this yr they can make a bowl but wont win over 8/9 games and we should be fine with that......get used to it and accept it and "back your young lsu team" and quit ripping everyone....personally lsu shouldnt even came close to winning even with the starters out...that media bs was nothing but talk trying to set up lsu for the fall.....

I wish we would've been able to play on the interweb in 5th grad.

Why would you have faith in them improving for next season? They haven't improved one iota in the last 2 years! There is no difference in this years team from the 08 & 09 teams!

I hate people who use the word "hater".
Guess that makes me a hater.

Jeez, we have now resorted to sounding like Saints fans of yesteryear.

NO, I did not see Ford touch a ball.

Why does a coach in his sixth year need "youth" as an excuse? Supposedly Miles strength is his ability to recruit. There shuold be no excuses, just do it.
Wasn't it a true freshman quarterback that was Ole Miss' nemesis.

Answer me this question, why did Shep only get 3 touches after he scored 2 td's after his second TD? I would like to know why he is not getting touches and why Ridley got a bunch and fumbled twice. It can't be explained.

I hated Chavis yesterday. I hate him today and I'll hate him until he learns to make adjustments to what other teams are doing and playing prevent coverage on third downs.

The tackling was bad, but it wasn't youth that kept letting UNC keep having slant plasses up and down the field.
I swear, whatching Chavis' defense is like watching Super Tecmo Bowl where the computer keeps picking the same play (up+b) but you keep picking (down+a) because your sure they won't keep running the same play every time... but they do.

You know, it's either one extreme or the other sometimes on here.
Either you are talking out your arse and incriminating everyone and everything, or you are frightened at anything that might be construed as criticism that might ruin your view of the happy flower garden you want to look at through the stained glass window you look at life through.
Can't we have adult conversations on here, with balance of both positives and negatives?
There is criticism that is warranted for this coaching staff. They've earned every bit of much of what is being given them, however, there is an extreme to it that goes overboard as well.
However, let's just clear the air here, shall we? To be critical of coaches, decisions, or even the play of the team is not being a bad fan, a lesser fan, or an enemy of LSU in any way. For these people CARE enough about LSU to worry about it. Similarly, to be positive about things is not keeping your head in the sand, but just choosing to focus on the positives. I have no problem with either. Both are correct, but all of this "stfu" and "prick" stuff is WAAAAAAAY over the top and completely unnecessary.

if the starters for unc can get their backs ups ready for a game, why can't are coaches?

The other teams we play wont be cutting those ding dongs any breaks

A "very good team" that will be doing well to finish 3rd in their division in the ACC.

Faith = belief without evidence.

These are not evidence the team is good. These are reasons the team isn't.

Has the program fallen so low that a 2nd-tier ACC team with half its starters out is a team we shouldn't even come close to beating, and barely squeaking out a close win is some amazing accomplishment? If so, then the coaching staff is worse than I thought.

No thanks. I had three decades of getting used to LSU being mediocre, and I never accepted it then. I'm not likely to now. I hope nobody at LSU ever will again, but it seems many already do, starting with you.
Look, you be as pleased as punch over a mediocre football program if you want, but you bring your arse on here lecturing me about it and telling me to accept it, you are wasting your time. But then, for someone who revels so in mediocrity, I can't imagine time would be worth much anyway.
