Can I shoot squirrels with lead shot on a WMA or NWR?

I tried emailing the specific NWR and got no response. The WLF regulations guide isn't clear about it either. TIA

I know you can't on Federal properties (Bayou Cocodrie-Ferriday), but I think you can on WMA's.
