I've been trying to get my hands on some for a while... I've tried Bowie, Academy, Wal-Mart, and Superior (as well as SAM's, J&M, and MF in Orange Beach). No one carries them, and most have never heard of them. I went to Hackberry R&G while I was down there, saw them in the store, but everyone was out guiding 
Other than the internet, does anyone know where I can find some?

dont know why you wouldnt just order them off the interwebs if you want them so bad. probably cheaper and quicker than searching all over louisiana.

There was an ad in Louisiana Sportsman in the new September edition where someone was retailing them I think.

I haven't driven around from store to store searching for them- I simply ask if/when I'm somewhere that could possibly carry them. As for the internet, I literally have the worst luck when it comes to ordering online. It is ALWAYS either the wrong color/size, shipped to the wrong location, or on backorder. I'd rather spend my money on a tangible object. Also, if anyone here has thrown them, do they hold up well?

according to the article they weren't available at retail outlets until August. So not too many probably have them. I would just learn how to type in the right address on the internet and order from there

You can get them from Texas Tackle Factory's online store.
If not there try Fishing Tackle Unlimited's website or call the shop itself and have them ship whatever you need.

or go buy norton sand eels and melt and squish the tail....looks like that is all that is to me
