I usually do a bunch of vegetables in foil with butter, seasoning, garlic and worcestershire sauce.

I use a grill plate thing that won't let them fall through the grates. Just a little olive oil and salt and pepper...

Thinking of trying something new tomorrow.
What if I buy a small rump roast, slice it into 1/2 inch layers and grill it indirectly (other side of closed pit from the coals).
Anyone ever tried this? If you did, what seasonings would you use? Marinade or no?

Venison wraps, chicken wings, pork loin, any type of vegetable, fillets of fish, whole chicken, etc.

Question is... what can't you grill.

Slice some tomatoes about a half inch thick, but a little oil/salt/pepper on them and grill. Deliciousness
