UFC 118 Prediction/In Game Thread

Gotta appreciate the fact that James Toney is the first American to be subtitled on American programming.

MAIN CARD (Pay-per-view)

•Champ Frankie Edgar vs. B.J. Penn (for lightweight title)

All I'm going to say is B.J. better finish it this time. He won't beat Edgar on the cards or standing IMO. He has to get him down and finish him....... I'm calling the upset. Edgar in a decision again.

Diaz will probably be getting his arse kicked the whole fight and then pull some sub out of no where for the win.

BJ better bring it like he did against Joe Daddy or Sherk to win this one....can't be a lazy fighter and take this fight....Frankie won't let him relax the entire fight

i really hope not, but with the way randy likes to block punches with his chin lately...i gotta go with toney even though i wish he would lose and never fight MMA again
•Demian Maia vs. Mario Miranda
subs are too good....just hope he does not catch one like he did in the Nate fight
•Kenny Florian vs. Gray Maynard
nothing against gray, but ken flo is a much better fighter...if gray takes him down he will not be able to LnP against kenny
•Marcus Davis vs. Nate Diaz
davis is a very one sided fighter to me....diaz does not have a powerful stand up game, but he is accurate....he's deadly on the ground, though

•Joe Lauzon vs. Gabe Ruediger
gabe will not be able to fight due to passing out trying to make weight and then crying to his coach to "put me back in"
•Nik Lentz vs. Andre Winner
good, young fighter....should be an impressive win
