I use mustard, worechestershire sauce,garlic powder salt and pepper. Then dip in La. Fish Fry. MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM good.

i used to do this all the time. However, after my dad cooked some with just cornmeal, i have changed. it's the only fish i will use ONLY cornmeal on. i like the hard crunch.

Buttermilk soak,then into seasoned corn meal(Tony's until the salt is right), then fry at 350 degrees and drain on a wire rack.

i don't usually use mustard. only when the people make comment when I'm not using it.

I use mustard, hot sauce and some pickle juice, then dredge in fish fry or seasoned corn meal.

I like no mustard and a seasoned corn meal, i like it crunchy, soaking in hot sauce then corn meal is ok, but I rather just seasoned corn meal

i prefer to batter with cornmeal and a blend of other spices.. plain cornmeal is just too bland

Mustard, buttermilk and hot sauce, then dredge in Seasoned Fish Fry and Cornmeal about 50/50

Definitely prefer the cornmeal
