Am I the only one in the world who believes these guys are as unfunny and as overrated as they come?

I think they're overrated, yeah. But I do think they can be funny... they're just too inconsistent for me to 'love' or find 'fricking hilarious'

I think the CD is a lot funnier than the show.

Their standup special was great. Not a big fan of the show though.

I don't think they can be overrated when most people probably have never heard of them. I only know on person who has ever heard of FOTC, and he's the one who introduced me to them. I've only seen S1 of the show and I thought it was pretty funny. I don't know if I would call them "overrated" though.

I didn't like them at all at first. But damned if they didn't grow on me. The show I mean. The music is ok. Murray = $$$

I am the exact opposite. I love the show. Murray and Dave are my 2 favorite characters.

I still think the song and video for Your So Beautiful is awesome. Their first album was great. Didn't really dig the second.

I totally agree here with CTexTiger - on both counts.
The Bowie episode was definitely my fave.

I can understand someone not liking them, but I don't really see how they can be overrated. I personally find them hilarious. In their first seasons the songs were the best part, while in the second I felt the songs kinda lacked but the dialog was great. And their live stuff is great.

i certainly don't think they're overrated, because probably not enough people know about them or even like them to say that
if i catch an episode on, i'll usually watch it and enjoy it
