Off the Hook has them in south Baton Rouge. Maybe Jimbo's seafood or Louisiana Cajun Seafood on Coursey. LA boilers on oneal or perkins usually has them also.

That reminds me of a sign I used to see on a seafood truck on Hwy 90 near Boutte, "LIVE BOILED CRABS".

I figured those must be some tough crabs. The other sign was "MELTS", for crawfish bait. Outsiders are always amused by that.

Just out of curiousity, what was the name of the unfortunate business that went under due to the negligence of those BP bastids?

not a "business" per se.post katrina a shrimper/oyster fisherman from chalmette moved into my neighborhood.super nice guy.successful--he has a 6-8 boat operation.i started buying shrimp, oysters and crabs directly from him.once bp started paying people 200-300 dollars a day to help with the cleanup--he lost most/all of his crew and hands.as of last week--most of the area he fishes is now closed.
