I've always been a huge fan of old Buffett music: Nautical Wheelers, Tin Cup Chalice, Banana Republics, etc

Huge fan of his OLD music. It was just laid back and fun drunk tunes. His newer stuff is goofy, commercial, and too politically oriented. I will say this about ALL music talents (my OPINION): Stick to entertaining.

What a douche bag. I will never eat at one of his crappy chain restaurants again.

kinda silly since Obama's entourage approved the lease.

And has been PRESIDENT for the 16 months preceding the spill and for the 80 days of ineffective cleanup and bureaucratic red tape that has greatly hampered efforts.

If he says this at his concert he will get boo'd pretty hard

During the Gulf Shores Music Fest some chick got on stage started spouting off about the oil spill and slamming the industry as a whole. Needless to say it did not go over as she planned and she got booed and escorted off of the stage.

If Buffet does say anything this weekend I would hope that the something similar would happen. But you never know with parrot heads.

On a side note, Kenny Chesney and The Zac Brown Band both backed out for this weekend.

You're surprised that Jimmy Buffett is a raging left wing freakazoid?

I knew he was on the left, I just didn't know he was a freaking idiot. Maybe if he didn't have all those airplanes, we wouldn't need to drill for so much oil

Im not taking sides here, but Jimmy Buffet is just bad music. There really is no stepping around that.

They all think having a microhpone in front of their face makes them qualified to sound off on anything when most of them are fricking idiots who live in fantasy land. Pisses me the frick off.
