Mahtook is in a huge slump and is it good that Guasman is struggling? his game is regressing (at least it appears that way).

Could Reed find himself to be the odd man out next year if he doesn't pick it up between now and fall ball?

Bourgeois is definitely at home right now. Not sure if/when he will report to the Cape.

Thanks for the update. Quick question - are all these leagues "wooden bat" leagues?

Matty Ott and Ben Alsup were the most important ones to me, good to see them doing well so far.

Would have been nice to have 1 of these guys pitch like this much less all of them

I want to see Mormann step up big time. He has the potential to be a big time pitcher just HAS to get his control problems worked out. 6 walks in 5.1 IP isn't encouraging so far, but he is keeping the ERA down. Still very early though.
He must be really beside himself he was drafted in the 18th round out of high school and the 20th round out of JUCO but decided to come to LSU last year and didn't get drafted at all this year.

Where the heck was this in the Spring?! Think he might have struggled under the pressure of the first round?

Hoping for a great baseball season next year

This isn't going to encourage the Dodgers to offer 1st round money.
At the same time, the California Collegiate is still a ways down from the Cape and Northwoods, and thats with wood bats too. We'll see what happens. Doesn't bode well for his performance in the SEC with metal bats.
