rumor is, since the 2 directors left, there may not be a band for the first game or 2 this year at home to give them about an extra month to get their act together.

Why do we have to listen to anything other than the roar of the crowd as the teams are getting lined up to start the game? The rest of the time, I want to hear the band. I hate that LSU followed the lead of every other place by playing piped in music.
