I think that LSU higher-ups worried about recruiting in east Texas... I don't see this as LSU fans saying they are against it. With Vandy, who knows?

I don't see LSU being against this, it is all opinion and guessing on a message board! They are doing the exact same thing we are doing. None of us no shite! Just saying!

Those higher ups certainly don't speak for the fanbase if this board is the general representation of LSU fans.

+1000. I'd say the vast majority of LSU fans want the Aggies to join.

Maybe, but I see it as a legitimate concern. If aTm were in the SEC some players that would have come to LSU in order to play in the SEC would choose aTm.

I, for one, see no reason to doubt that a random individual on a Baylor message board knows what's going on in a meeting of the powers that be in the SEC... (*sigh*)

Our recruiting will be just fine if anything it may help with A&M in the SEC.

Both A&M and LSU have a lot more to gain than lose by this in terms of recruiting.

Five years in College Station Vs. Five in Baton Rouge...No contest. Other than having a Rudy's BBQ, College Station is not a happening place.

LSU is pro TAMU. They were pro TAMU in the 90s. They are pro TAMU now.

Oh, that's why A&M didn't want to continue the series with LSU, huh? Pfft. Get a clue.

The SEC west gains if both TX schools come to the SEC and they know it!
