I Want Mizzou in the SEC

then re-make the boot to include the state of Missouri. Arky, Mizzou and LSU could play a round robin with the winner getting the new trophy. We can re-name the 'Boot' the 'Thigh High.'

Ok & OK State in the West. Kentucky & TN in the East

you could mount the trophy from the Ole Miss game just above the "thigh high" trophy and it would look just like....... nevermind.

Mostly for homer reason I would like to see Mizzou in the SEC, and it's also not the worst move you could make with the TV markets they bring.

Here's an idea...
Why not get KU, K-State, Mizzou, Arkansas, LSU, Oklahoma, and Oklahoma State to form a smaller conference and call it the Meth Belt Conference?

I would like Mizzou as well. Good TV markets and they open the SEC up to the midwest. I like it much better than adding another southern team in a market the SEC already owns.

Truth be known, their fan base makes the worst SEC fans look classy.

Ah the love between KU and MU.

How many "tigers" can we fit in one division of one conference?

They could call the game the "Fra-gee-lay Bowl"!

All in good fun. There are some Mizzou fans that are classy, and they do have a great fan base. Every school has the retard, out-of-control, classless jackasses.
I sat in the cheap seats at Arrowhead last year, and even though they were designated for KU fans, there were a ton of MU fans in the sections around me. There was a number of them that made me sick to my stomach.
I miss LSU and other SEC schools' atmospheres because they've proven they can coexist and be civilized.
From wikipedia:
In 2004 its name was officially changed from Border War to Border Showdown. KU athletic director Lew Perkins stated, "We feel that in the aftermath of September 11, 2001, and the ensuing events around the world, it is inappropriate to use the term ‘war' to describe intercollegiate athletics events."[5] Players, students, alumni, and fans have failed to adopt the new name of the rivalry, and even media outlets such as Sports Illustrated[1] and NBC[2] continue to refer to the rivalry as the Border War. Former Kansas coach Don Fambrough expressed his disapproval for the rivalry's politically correct "Border Showdown" rebranding by saying, "It's a goddamn war. And they started it!"[1]
This shite is funny.

I went to that KU/MU game in KC last year - awesome game
Although it was funny to see KU fans shaking their keys at MU fans in the first half - and MU fans shaking their keys at KU fans as they left the stadium

That was some funny shite.
It was an awesome game. Briscoe's two fumbles, and the intentional grounding on Reesing at the end were the deciding factors. There was some great plays on both sides, and Alexander absolutely lit us up. Of course, when you play cover-2 deep and leave the middle of the field wide open against a spread like Mizzou's, it's asking for trouble.
Hindsight is 20/20, and we definitely should've run the ball at the end. Just like LSU's game against Ole Miss.
***And to everyone that said Kerry Meier wouldn't make it in the NFL...
