It was a very hard foul but not malicious. Look at the replay - howard turns his head as the play develops

It doesn't matter if his turned his turned. It was a hard foul initially and he made it a whole lot worse by following through with his arms to send him to the floor. That part was uncalled for.

Some people do it so much and make it so obvious that it tends to get aggravating. Its one thing trying to get some calls - its another flailing your arms and flying every time someone touches you
