something's got to happen legal wise. I don't understand how the B.O.P can fail when its supposed to be checked every week. somebody got a little lazy and it cost dearly.

The only problem with pursuing criminal charges is that it will force parties to lawyer up. That means they will not offer ANY information about the incident, except as questioned at testimony. In other words... it means we may never know what caused the accident.

Maybe the lawyers should throw a few bones to the fishermen.....it sounds like they are the ones who will really be making out like bandits in this whole incident.
