It seems like everyone I know uses Krystal, LA Hot Sauce or something else, but when I'm out of state, Tobasco is all I see. I like Bulliard's out of St. Martinville. What's your hot sauce?

Krystal goes on fried seafood
Louisiana in soup/gumbo
I pretty much only keep/use Tobasco chipotle around the house, and I put that on lots of stuff.

I use Tabasco almost exclusively. La. Hot Sauce is just too mild for me, not enough kick, I use it on the granddaughters eggs, until she reached 6, now she wants the real stuff.

The only hot sauce I have is Tabasco. I only use it when I make chili or gumbo. My family doesn't like too much kick. So I have to add mine later.

I like the Tabasco Chipotle, not so much the original. If I want something really hot I use The Beast, and often I use homemade wing sauce made from Frank's and fresh chipotle and habanero peppers smoked on the ceramic over cherry wood and then ground down to fine granules in a coffee grinder--good shite and can make it a wide range of heat levels.

i'm not a big fan of Tabasco, Crystal, et. al. especially on anything other than jambalaya or gumbo. i usually go with La. Hot Sauce when I do use some. not that I particularly love it, just what my dad raised me on.

Panola and Cholula. Mostly panola though. Don't care too much for Tabasco.
