anyone out there been to the golden corral on
s sherwood forest blvd? seems like there are a
lot of cars in the parking lot...from the name
i take it has a western motif. any good dishes
come to mind?

It's just a boofay...no western theme, though BR does need a good Sirloin Stockade or a K Bob's.

gotcha! if for some reason i would go to a buffet
it would not be ryan's or whatever name it was
temporarily changed to. for a brief moment i was
wishing i was deaf the only visit to ryan's.

Cause dude. Growing up in the depression makes you appreciate grade E sirloin, vietcong shrimp, and whatnot.

I made an epic mistake eating at the one in Kenner about 8 or 9 years ago. It was the absolute worst place I have ever eaten. And to this day it is always packed. But that is because of all the poor people that fill up on a cheap buffet.

I've had to eat at a couple over the years. They are absolutly horrible. But a Barnhill's will make a Corral kinda Ruths Chris-esque.

Old people love buffets. Haven't you seen that South Park.

is there an early bird special?

another reason is picadilly has raised prices and lowered quality.

If by Western you mean a lot of Mexicans work there, yes.

If I'm on that part of Sherwood, it's because I'm eating better at Bay Leaf Indian restaurant right next door.
