Like everyone has said chris's definitely has the best p-boys in Lafayette. I worked their my senior year and ate one everyday, they are overpriced though just a heads up. Another good place down university is Johnston's Bouchiere, brisket sandwiches are out of this world. If yall were there in the morning I would say eddies. There stuffed roast beef biscuits are good I think they close at noon though.

It's Johnson's (no "t") Boucaniere, right down the street from the Cathedral and a good recomendation. The woman who opened it did it using her grandfather's recipes, I believe.

No offense intended by the name correction, just thought it might be easier to locate if properly identified.

French Press is the restaurant I was trying to think of. It's in the downtown area, right?

My dad's favorite poboy is old tyme...and he thinks Darrel's is disgusting. Old Tyme is ok, i think it's better than Julien's, but it's just ok.

the people that own Olde Tyme also own Joe's Sandwich Shop in broussard. So you can get the same food as Olde Tyme without the wait
