With the bringing back of older characters I'm hoping to see the return of Dr. Lawrence Gordon (Cary Elwes) from the original Saw. He is one of the only survivors of Jigsaw's "games." CGI would have to be used *****SPOILER FOR SAW****** since he sawed off his foot in the original.

I've only seen the original. Are any of the others worth watching?

Good god make these stop.

Am I just stupid or is the overarching plot to these Saw movies (or at least the last couple) really hard to follow?
I can't keep all the characters straight anymore.

I thought he bled out and died after sawing off said foot?
And people that go see this need to be gassed in the theater.

None touch the original but Saw 3 is probably my distant second favorite.

No it was revealed in 4 that Dr. Gordon is still alive.

I can't either. It is hard to keep seven movies and two dozen characters straight over the course of a decade.

Everything after the original Saw was turrible.

I guess its easy to assume that's what happened. I would think with him being a doctor he would be able to keep himself alive long enough to get help. Although he looked pretty bad when he told the kid in the room with him that he would come back for him.

Geez it's hard to remember what has happened over the course of 6 movies. I don't even remember this from the fourth movie.

If Dr. Gordon doesn't come back for this last one, I'll be pissed. I've seen each one a couple times, and with that being said, I'm glad this is the last one. They have gotten progressively worse and worse. 1 2 and 3 would have made a decent trilogy if they had ended 3 with closure.

Saw 2 was my favorite. Four forward have been god awful. I haven't seen the last one. And I don't plan to.
I agree on Gordon, though. But I doubt he returns. Carey Elwes is too big of a star to be in one of these Saw flicks
