I'd agree with Sarah Conner Chronicles and Futurama. Futarama was canned to make room for American Dad. They try to recreate lightning in a bottle like Family Guy, and it isn't even close to as good as Futurama.
Family Guy is probably the winner here. It was canned after only 2 1/2 seasons I think and was brought back years later after DVD sales went through the roof and syndication was off the charts.

I really don't thik that people here understand the meaning of premature especially when it comes to Arrestes Development. Like I said earlier, it was given plenty of opportunity.

I would say they did the same for SC. It did get a second season and the ratings got progressively worse.
