Its a video of a domination match that ends at 60-56 with a time limit. The voice at the end of the match says "Draw...stand down".

I think they put it in to try and stop the boosting that was happening on WAW where both teams would take turns capturing B.

It's because neither team captured B. It's the first to 60 until someone picks up B. I've had that happen before and they do that so teams just don't camp at their home base
