Yes even the Happening. It seems to be the one everyone hates the most but I'm watching it again now and it's not bad at all. I think everyone just tries to compare everyone of his movies to Sixth Sense. All his movies have a very creepy feel to them and if you feel something towards a movie it's done it's job. Can't wait to see Last Airbender, loved the cartoon I'm glad he is doing the series.

Uh, no. I hated the happening and it has nothing to do with the Sixth Sense. It has to do with the shitty way people's actions was explained and the stupid ending.

Sixth Sense is good but lost it's luster over time.
Unbreakable is his best by far and a great movie within itself.
Then it drops significantly from there.

The Happening was awesome because it was a "so bad it's good" movie. Not because it was actually good.

This reminds me of the "Pearl Jam is the greatest rock and roll band ever and there's really no debating it" thread.

I'm over it...the last three MNS movies I've seen I swore I would never see another. I'll admit all his movies have GREAT trailors.

The Happening is the worst movie I've ever seen, not even close.

Obviously you have a case of "when you like something, you like something." I think that's perfectly okay

For instance, I love virtually every Tom Cruise movie ever made. Is he acting like "Tom Cruise" most of the time? Yeah, but I don't give a damn. I like it

Why does it seem like there is a statement like this about every movie on this board?

Just say that it sucked, damn.

I see what you're saying but he's being serious. It's literally the worst movie he's ever seen. It's one of the 3 worst I've ever seen. The OP is the only person I've ever heard say they actually really liked the movie for what it was.

The Happening is a horrible film.

Terrible directing and cinematography

Absolutely atrocious dialogue

Horrible acting (especially from Wahlberg who cant play a "nice guy" for shite)

If you think The Happening was good, your opinion in movies sucks arse.

You basically have to take his movies for what they are.

Sixth sense- a simple ghost story amplified

unbreakable- a dark good vs evil kinda thing

Signs- a Faith movie

the village- seemed to have a murder/mystery feel

Lady in the water- was a story he was told as a kid and tells his kids

The Happening- was his way of saying if we don't stop fricking with mother nature she will frick with us right back............just with bad acting.

Like I said originally all his movies have a creepy feel to them and I love that about them.
