-My high school english teacher (Jan Spacek) is Sissy Spacek's sister
-I went to high school with David Sullivan from Primer
-I'm from the same city as Matthew Mcconaughey (Longview TX)
-not related to movies, but friends with Adam Lambert's boyfriend Drake.

I see Joey Lauren Adams out at the bar all the time in Oxford. She smokes Marlboro Reds and has a coke habit. Also, I have chatted it up with her at the dog park.
MY gf's art teacher at Ole Miss is Melissa from the Allman Brother's "Sweet Melissa" which I thought was badass.
ETA: but overall, I'm pretty lame.

I have seen a good bit in person, but the only connection I have is the Joey Lauren Adams one, and that is stretching it.
Oh, Shep Smith and his family and my roommate's family are long time family friends. I have talked to him a few times. Although JPLSU I bet you would've hit it off with Shep if you know what I mean.

my cousin is richard thomas. (johnboy from the waltons) not sure how much people here would care about that one. but he still does a number of things on stage. and a few movies here and there.
he did a law and order svu a couple years back. played some psycho religious nut that was killing people.
