Did the BR Macaroni Grill shut down?

They dont answer the phone, and the location is no longer listed on the corporate website.

My choice = Wife's telling she wants MG.
The real kick in the balls is that I really hate all three places, and the gift cards she thought were for $100 really only had $15 left. So where the only reason I agreed to eat at Chili's (after finding out about MG) was b/c it was free, I still had to pay $15.
