Let me re-word:

There is no such thing as an impact true freshmen in Les Miles' offense.

Better?

Kadron Boone

He'd be, at best, the #3 WR and we saw how the 3rd WR gets used...so I wouldn't go with Boone.

Which in most years is around 30 catches.

I'd say Boone, Reid, Ware and Ego.

Not considering special teams. I'd say Boone, Wright or Williams will get a shot at 3rd or 4th WR. Depending on the progress or Murphy's rehab, one of the RB may see some time. Besides that, I don't see many of these guys getting too much opportunity at real PT. Chavis doesn't like to rotate DL and Adams may be the only one in this class who sees time since he's a JUCO. I just don't see where anyone else gets a shot unless Disckson is that much better than any other TE we have on the roster.

Agree with those two as well as Ware, Worle, Reid, Copeland, Ferguson, Maclin and Gore. More TF than most years will play IMO.

I just don't see Mathieu playing at all. Peterson has one position locked down. Taylor will likely slide into the nickel on passing downs. Claiborne and Eugene will split most the time at the other corner. Mathieu will have to get stronger and learn how to handle bigger receivers.

Ferguson, Boone and Ware are the best bets.

So Keiland Williams and Richard Dickson didn't make an impact in 2006?

Jordan Jefferson didn't make an impact in 2008?

Rueben Randle and Russell Shepard didn't make an impact in 2009?

Agree with this. Unless he plays safety, he will probably only be the dime back this year, and we don't go with 6 dbs enough for him to be an "impact" player.

Big impact? None...I don't see any that will be major upgrades over what we are projected have on the field next year. Some may be in the long run, but not immediately.

Contributors? Not counting special teams...
Maybe Ware, Ego, and Copeland (if he's up in the 290 range). Just a guess though.

You're examples here help your argument as much as your examples of where bayous are all around Tiger Stadium do in the Aggies thread.
