Same for me. Crying pure joy for the lsu tigers that had a GOAT and he played QB!

Also my dad was on field bc he was letterman so that was cool.

Wallace will be offered by UT as long as they think they have a chance.I've seen some Texas guys say they will not offer him because they think they have no shot. We'll have to wait and see.I never count on Texas guys until after the Texas offers come out.

Sorry but this makes no sense...there is no such thing as a player in Texas that they have no shot at...if he's good enough to play for Texas they will go for him...either way i do think skyline players are high on LSU...pretty sure javia hall who visited was from there and almost had davis...

this is one position that i trust chavis 100%..big names are nice..but he can turn a freakin CB into a LB..

A number of schools have already offered Muschamp their head coaching vacancies, and a number of schools will continue to do so over the course of the next several years while Brown is still at Texas. I estimate that Georgia will come calling within 2 years, and we'll see what happens - Muschamp is going to have a hard time turning that job down with Brown still kicking and with Texas still winning.

like most of your comments but disagree with this...u think it hurts muschamps recruiting abilities b/c he keeps getting offers to be a head coach?? if anything it strengthens his argument...he just turned down tennessee; why would he go to UGA?

i live in Dallas...and to be honest with you I think muschamp is very sincere when he says he is the legit head coach in waiting...pretty sure it's in his contract...Austin is an amazing city..i think his family is really happy there..texas recruiting involves making a phone call and having a kid visit...sounds like a good situation to me

but i agree that rausco can't be considered a texas lean...they are recruiting him early cuz they know that is their best chance at getting him...really don't see how he could turn down being part of the 2011 class..hope robinson is next to commit

Alabama has 6 or 7 top 100 players LSU had 2 I believe. That's why Alabama is in front,

Nah we got 3...ware, Ego, and Ried..but yeah this is why they are ahead in the rankings...

I don't think the receiver think had anything to do with it. I think after his Mom passed, he decided he wanted to move away and start over, and that's what he did. Some kids just make up their mind that they want out of their respective state, and that's what they do.

Kinda like spencer ware from Ohio...
10 wins or it's a disappointing season..that simple

I think it's a knee-jerk reaction. All the media guys are the same. Everything is about the present. We have 2 mediocre seasons after a national championship and all of a sudden, our talent level is no good. I call Bull shite. I respect Todd McShay, but I completely disagree with him.

A good example of this is how Cassius Marsh was elevated so much after one good game (not saying he's not good, but it was one game).

I think this is correct...it reminds me of this past season with the cowboys...they were struggling in the middle of the season...all analysts were saying how they have very little talent etc...then they end dec strong and all of a sudden they are 1 of the most talented teams in the NFC...

and it's unfair to say that players aren't coached up at LSU...OL and DL were not very good this yr..but really there weren't many big recruits at those positions...WE SENT THE MOST PLAYERS TO THE NFL COMBINE IN THE SEC!!!!! lafell and black were 3* players going to the NFL...how is this not coaching up players???

Now we smile gets it!!!

ESPN knows real talent. They took the time to really look at his film. His only issue was that Miles thought Lache was better. Sorry, LSU. Storm Johnson is the real deal.

Yeah LSU is soo bad at evaluating talent..thats why we had spencer ware and marsh committed when they were low 4*'s...

we are also in terrible shape at RB...with only murphy, ridley, ford, sheppard, ware, gore, worle, blue...oh yeah and hilliard, hill and magee next yr

sarcasm intended...

WOW, Ferguson family read your request and sent their son. But wait didn't some of the posers say families and recruits don't read message boards. I have listened to a lot of LSU coaches being bashed. These need to do more lurking than bashing because as ole homer Dandy Don says you are hurting the program. I think the coaching staff has done a great job in a down year for Louisiana talent.

No offense here-i think too much negative posting is def not a good thing...but wouldnt this class prove that negative posting really doesn't affect recruiting??
can we add sam montgomery, chris davenport, and josh downs to that list?

if he is bashing recruiting-dumbass haven't fallen off 1 bit after losing our NC coach

if he is bashing play calling-fair criticism

yeah we did a poor job of turning a 3 star WR recruit with no hands into an NFL WR...shame on us
