My mom just unexpectedly dropped off two dry aged ribeyes from whole foods to my doorstep.

How would YOU prepare them?

She also brought some WF mashed potatoes and one of their huge salads

HIgh heat low time

A little salt and pepper and get the grill as hot as you can, put on for about 2-3 min on each side, and when you put them on leave them alone, when you take them off let themm rest about 5 minutes and enjoy

ps get steaks to room temp before putting on grill

sounds good, i usually do my steaks on a high heat on the grill. Wasn't sure if you treated these bad boys the same. I saw $40 on the price tag and it scared me

Marinate them in italian dressing. Then grill them for twelve minutes per side. Pull them from the grill, and cut into them right away. Should be awesome.

What's unfunny is that you are not man enough to know how to cook a fine steak like that.
