There's a lot of talent in Hawaii so losing to them is understandable. Boise is in a medium sized and nice city so they might be able to draw some California talent

There's no reason for a team from Louisiana to lose to a team from Logan Utah or Moscow Idaho

Not the case at all per many on TD.

Ruston and Monroe are supposedly shitholes of the earth.

I think it is very difficult to recruit there given they are in SEC country battling Arky, Ole Miss, MSU, and LSU for recruits.
