Sorry for getting all Dan Mullen with the back-to-back topics, but this one popped into my head as well.
What's your favorite character from the past decade in film? The quality of the movie itself doesn't matter.
I can't decide between Randy the Ram or Daniel Plainview. Both are phenomenally well done.

Off the top of my head. I would have to start making a best of the decade list before I was really serious.
