I don't like breakfast sausage.

I guess that hot smoked sausage woul dprolly work good as well.

I've used one similar but I like sage sausage.

Bet it would be good with Italian sausage, out of its casing, as well.

zilla..missed out on this..i lost the ingredient list and found most from memory..but i still got a chance to make this for saturday. already made a 'boring' sausage/egg casserole for tomorrow. cant wait to try yours.

sure hope you like it ...my aunt always makes a ton and we all eat it every morning over the holidays ...i reheat it in the toaster oven, taste great

I have the local butcher run some pork sausage through the grinder.

I know this guy that cooked some sausege biscuits.. they were ok, only problem is he didnt want to eat some white gravy to go along with it, said it would mess them up.
I told him to GTFO.
