I searched to see if anyone had posted this, but couldn't find it. I thought that some of you would be interested to know that The Shed BBQ & Blues is opening in Scott, LA. I am not sure if it has opened yet, but they have been working on it.

I have never eaten there, but I love trying new places!

Basically the place is made of trash put together and they get blues bands and such to play there. its a very festive place. The food could use more flavor though.

It opens to the public Tuesday. I was there Saturday and they were in there doing staff training.

seems like the type of place that is not agreeable to franchising, yet they are doing it. I know of a guy who sold his business to them so they could use the space to make and bottle their sauces. They have big plans for expansion...not sure if their food is good enough to carry them that far.

We went last night. The food was alright, I could see myself eating there again but as far as a restaurant/business goes their setup is horrible.
