I really like the place. Their red sauce is very rich and flavorful. I've liked pretty much everything I've had there...

Haven't been in a few years but they used to have the best meatballs and spaghetti in town imo.

My advice when going there is to keep it simple by ordering classics, they do those well.

Everyone is obsessed. I thought the place was adorable but it didn't have the kind of Italian food I like. I like rich, sweet sauces like Monjuni's... so Pinetta's is too water-based for me.

Are you thinking of the right place? Their sauce is house-made, simmered for days, very rich and on the sweet side.

Agreed. Nothing watery about Pinetta's sauce. Been simmered so long it's almost brown.

Monjuni's... jeez.
