this brian kelly nonsense needs to stop. here is what cincinatti has done this year. someone please point out the win that put kelly over the top as an elite coach.

where is his loss?
let's also remember that in the Land of LSU, losing a starting QB sends your team into a horrible rebuilding project for not one, but TWO years
cinci has played about half their games with their starter injured

People are enamored with the fact that he has Cincy undefeated, in the top five, and has won ten games three seasons in a row. At a place like Cincy, that's pretty damn impressive. Not saying he's the next great college coach, and after watching several of their games this year, he does have his head scratching moments. I think he'll be unavailable before we hire a coach, and I think it's ludicrous that people think he's in any way angling for this job because he mentioned Miles in a presser. Personally, I'm a big Gary Patterson guy. Hopin' he sticks around for a an extra year or two at TCU to give us a shot if our ship isn't righted.

Brian Kelly has won at every level he's been at. If you don't think he's a good coach, then you know nothing about football. /thread
