If we start the game poorly - or God forbid lose - you will never, ever hear the end about how stupid it was to allow these uniforms within 100 miles of Tiger Stadium.
The year we went to purple jerseys at home was a disaster. Never mind the fact the team had issues, it was all about the JERSEYS.

I always liked the idea of traditional gold on our uniforms and helmets. just keep the designs the same.

i really like them, i think they give the team a look of "this is a team of the future."
lsu is lucky to get them honestly, it you look at the other schools that get them they are all elite programs. but no, we have a bunch of dumbass fans that hate change. the probably all still use rotary phones.
ive always wanted LSU to go to a more royal purple and true gold, and i dont give a damn about how much alike they are to washington's unis, because washington sucks and lsu doesnt. by the way, most schools share similar colors as other schools, so these peeople need to get over it.
nothing would make me happier than to hear that nike will take over our uniforms and the old traditional uniforms would be retired. in fact, i would love to see the all whites be our home unis, and then put on purple pants for our aways.

Geez I don't know why so many people dislike them. It's white pants, white jersey, gold helmet how terrible can that be. I wouldn't want to switch to them or anything but for one game who cares. They look fine to me.

I don't mind a change but white on white is lame. I don't know if some people realize thatwhite isn't one of LSU's official colors. I can understand Penn St and Texas having white on white but not LSU.
Besides, if the real uniforms are going to be like the pictures posted then Nike didn't even try when designing the uni's. I've seen better farks on here.

I think a change of pace is fine. I loved the Katrina relief jerseys. They are light years better than our traditional purple jerseys that look blue on television. I'm appreciative and credit the staff for picking a white jersey mod to be used at our home game!
