Had a Pasta Al Dente meal by Marie Callender for lunch today and it was VERY good.

I agree that Michael Angelo's Chicken Piccata is really good. They were sampling it at Sam's last week & I got some to cook at home--chicken tastes like chicken (not rubbery or "formed"), and the other flavors balance well. I served it over angel hair.

Another favorite: Zatarain's Chicken & Pasta Alfredo. (It's better than their shrimp scampi.)
