IMO Keiland is a great pro prospect -- a big plus is that he has very low mileage in college, even less than Addai did

I've always thought this a disturbing recent trend with LSU tailbacks. Great as soph and/or junior then bulk up and fizzle as senior. I know a struggling OL has something to do with this but Chuck just doesn't seem to have that first step or burst he had last year.

Scott has a lot of potential but I dont think he runs hard all the time

Living in Atlanta I get to see plenty of Michael Burner Brusier Turner. Scott reminds me of a slow version of Michael Turner.

I think Scott is as fast as he's ever been. He simply doesn't have the holes to run through that he had in the past. Plus, more times than naught, there will be a hole if CS makes a cut instead he just bulldozes into the defender.

I don't think you are going to find the answer to that or any other question regarding playing time on this or any other site. You will however get many opinions that have no merit at all and no effect on the outcome you seek.

There is a reason that KW isn't getting as much playing time but no one here knows it, in fact there are only 2 people that do and neither of them is going to say it.

The psychology of the Keiland-lovers is interesting to me. Y'all keep waiting for him to emerge from the phone booth as the Superman 5* RB you expected 4 years ago and for some reason just can't come to terms with the fact that it will never happen. So you grasp at any reason(Les, Porter, mythical practice fumbling punishment, etc...) to explain why he has--and always will--remained Klark Kent.

This. He goes down on first contact all the time, sometimes on no contact. Misses cut backs, takes bad cuts, and is an inconsistent receiver. Once or twice a year he will have a homerun that convinces everyone that he is the greatest thing since sliced bread and should be getting 15 carries a game.

I wouldn't start him over Scott, either.

I disagree. KW has averaged more yards a carry and has ad times when he si very productive. No Back couldbe productive the way jefferson runs the option on that always brillaint paly to the short side.

KW will start producing and for some reasons they bench him.. He is in the doghouse for some reason. AND it is not blocking he seems to be the back brought in for blocking purposes.

I think the real reason is we have an inept offensive coordinator. Whose play calling is garbage.
