Out of that list...Graham then Unitas.

If you calculate some type of ratio - say qb rating divided by height, LeBaron would be head and shoulders above the rest.

You'd also have to factor in average line height too though. The main reason for the QB having to be tall now is the lines are so damn tall. Back in the day the lines were much smaller.
