I sit legit Kobe?
They next-day air it in from a gourmet food place. If by legit you mean that they import it from Japan, they don't. It's basically wagyu-quality beef.
I've had the Kobe beef fajitas there, excellent.

21.95- includes 3 tortillas, usual "toppings", beans, and rice.

Somewhere around $20-$25
Expensive for fajitas, but worth it in my opinion.

Might have to try that out...

Great suggestion
Super tender and very flavorful. I liked their guac too. The cilantro sour cream stuff was money too.

I'll have to try them some time. The only thing that I have tried there is the fried oyster on blue corn chip app. I thought it was pretty tasty

They served mine up with this terrific garlic butter. Even though it doesn't come with the dish, I was given a little side of chimichurri sauce to try, which was also great.

Is it DIY like other places?

Everything is separated, yes.

Yeah, I tore that stuff up too. I really liked how they had the meat on a riser to give you more table space. I usually hate having fajitas because it takes up too much space. That and they stacked the guac/cheese/pico on top of the tortillas which kept them warm and took up less space. Well thought out.

The Kobe Fajitas were ridiculously good.

I was there on Saturday. Asked the bartender when do they plan on opening for lunch. I kind of expected a "sorry but we are only open for dinner" response but suprisingly she said "we will be opening for lunch in a few weeks"
Everything I have had from there has been amazing!

I couldn't figure out if they did that for all of their fajitas, or if it was a special presentation for just the Kobe beef ones.
